Shipping and Refund Policies

All orders are done especially for you after you place your order. Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be done and packaged. This does not include shipping time. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Please double check your address before you check out. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address. If an order gets returned to us due to wrong address new shipping charges will apply.

All orders will ship USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. All orders are shipped with tracking/delivery confirmation. 


Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the custom/personalized nature of our business, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. All orders are cut or engraved to your specifications, personalization and/or colors and are made just for you. Orders can only be changed or cancelled if we have not started work on them yet. If your order arrives damaged please send us a message within 5 business days of tracking delivery with pictures of the shipping box and unused decal(s), engraved product(s) or custom stamps damage from shipping. Please retain all items, including packaging for insurance purposes. We will ship you out new product. 

If we make an error with your order please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will get it corrected immediately.
