Engraved Products FAQ

Order Processing And Shipping

We strive to get orders engraved and shipped as quickly as possible. Typical turnaround times is 3-7 days. All orders are sent with tracking and you will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships.

All orders are shipped from Oregon.

Natural Products/Variations

Leather, stone and wood products are natural and will have variations in color, pattern, tone, grain, reaction to the laser etc. No two products are alike. This is completely normal and what makes these products unique. 

Do you offer digital proofs?

Yes, we are happy to send you a proof after purchase if you select that at checkout. Proofs are sent to the email address on your order within 1-2 business days. Work will not start on your order until we hear back from you with proof approval. Please respond as soon as possible. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days we will cancel/refund your order. 

Can I return or exchange my engraved product?

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges as every order is personalized just for you and cannot be resold. However, if there is an issue, please contact us.


If we have not started work on your order we will cancel/refund. 

Damaged In Shipping

Thankfully this is rare, however if your order arrives damaged please send us photos of the damaged packaging and product within 5 business days of the tracking delivery date. 

Packing Slips

We do not include packing slips/receipts in our packages. Many orders are gifts and delivered directly to the recipient so we do not include this info. You can print your receipt from your email confirmation if desired.
